CBSB recognizes that the workplace should be flexible and is here to help you work remotely enabling remote desktop options.
Who Is Eligible to Use It?
Anyone who is a custodian of a CBSB-owned machine may request the ability to access the machine remotely.
Where Can I Get It?
Click the "Request Help" button on the upper right.
How Do I Use It?
Once CBSB IT has granted permission for you to access your workstation remotely, you will connect to the machine using Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP). This will require connecting to the network via VPN.
How Much Does It Cost?
