What Is It?

CBSB IT installs antivirus software on all of the machines it deploys, but if you feel like your computer may be at risk, we will do a remote scan to remediate any issues.

Who Is Eligible to Use It?

Faculty, staff, and students may request remote virus scans for their personal or CBSB-owned devices.

Where Can I Get It?

Call us at 719-266-2837 any time 24/7/365, visit our walkin office at 1031 N 4th Street M-F 7AM-5PM, or click the "Request Help" button in the upper right.

How Do I Use It?

For CBSB-owned machines, there is no action required on your part. To learn what happens during a remote scan, see this knowledge article.

For personal devices, you will be asked to stop by the walkin office with your device and wait while a technician scans your machine.

How Much Does It Cost?

There is no fee affiliated with this service.
